To make ecosol ink printing reflective vinyl, most other suppliers process the topcoat in almost the same way at low costs. E.g. they simply use PVC layer (overlay) laminated onto the sheeting base being the cheap PET reflective film. However, while such fabrication enjoys lower production costs, it sometimes has some noticeable quality drawbacks, such as low reflectivity, wrinkles, shrinkage over time or in temperature fluctuations, and definitely shorter outdoor durability. Then, to overcome the quality issues, we manufacture H3300 by an innovative and unique manufacturing method. Its topcoat is not a simple PVC, rather, it is a special acrylic compound that is digital printable and well mixed with other layers of the reflective sheets. Though our production costs are higher, it is still supplied at an affordable and competitive price and lasts much longer outdoor.
Much Higher Retro-reflection (the Highest of Same Grade in China)
Due to that other suppliers’ raw materials use the cheaper PET materials at lower reflectivity, and the PVC overlay further decreases its reflectivity again.(Retro-reflection of others usually ranges from 5-20 cd/lux at 0.2 and -4 degrees while our H3300 is as high as 50-60 cd/lux or higher).
Strong Adhesive & Thicker Topcoat
For Max. application performance and longer outdoor durability, our H3300 use high-quality solvent-based backing glue while most others use cheap water-based ones. Furthermore, our H3300 has a much thicker topcoat (0.20mm) than other suppliers (ranging from 0.13-0.16 mm).
Superior Desirable Print Performance & Multi Printing Options
Others present mediocre printing performance while our H3300 deliver outstanding performance with upgraded ink absorption in the printing process and premium effects. This is very important because this reflective vinyl film is designed for digital printing which is a vital step in the sign-making process. The Retro-reflection Tests
The tests of white digital print reflective vinyl film as below show higher reflectivity than most other counterparts:
retro-reflection of H3300 white reflective sheeting (3-5 years outdoor durability) is as high as 60+ cd/lux compared to others being from less than 10 cd/lux to below 20 cd/lux for most cases and lasting only about 1 year outdoor (which is not good performance).

Being non-printable and non-tearable, it has a smooth and glossy face film that is scratch-resistant. In fact, being non-tearable is actually easier for applying the reflective sign vinyl film by hand. And handy if you want to peel it off right after application (in case you applied it in the wrong way and want to redo it, namely, repositionable).
